We believe God’s purpose for Memorial Lutheran Church is to Share God’s love, word and grace with all people. We serve each other and our community as Jesus’ presence and love.
We are located between Tractor Supply and Racetrack on US1 S and across from the new Sheriff’s Department/Fire Station. Our address is 3375 US1 South.
Each Sunday at 8:00, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. During Lent we have Wednesday service at 7 p.m.. Holiday service schedules are posted in our bulletins, on the website and church sign.
Our weekly Sunday Chapel worship at 9:30 a.m. is designed for families with children of all ages. Sunday Chapel is a fun way to develop faith for everyone and includes Holy Communion with Pastor Dow.
We celebrate Communion each Sunday during both services. Communion cup and intinction are offered. If you would like the Holy Eucharist brought to you in your pew, please ask an usher. During the pandemic, communion practices have been modified for your protection.

Yes. A conference with Pastor Dow will help clarify baptismal practice and how this baptism is the beginning of your child’s life of faith.
Yes. A conference with Pastor Dow will be necessary prior to the wedding.
We are a congregation of the Florida Bahamas Synod within the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America – the largest Lutheran body in the U.S.
Yes. We have Bible study Friday mornings at 10:00a.m. led by Pastor Dow. Please contact the church for details if you are interested.
There is no dress code, when you are here you will find people dressed casually as well as some more traditional in dresses and suits, so please come how you are most comfortable.
Each Sunday after service there is a time of fellowship. MLC Youth ROCKS – our Youth Group for middle and high school students meets twice a month. We have an annual Oktoberfest and Palm Sunday Easter egg hunt. We have an L4 Women’s lunch and Ladies Night Out once a month. A Movie night and discussion is scheduled periodically.
Dining with Dignity once a month, Ecumenical food pantry, Literacy program with Hartley Elementary School, Backpack food outreach with Gamble Rogers Middle School, outreach to local nursing homes and homeless youth center.
From preschool to youth group, families can find a variety of faith formation opportunities. Memorial Lutheran Chapel School is our weekday ministry which serves families with children ages 2-5. We offer part time or full time, flexible class schedules, in an active learning setting. Sunday Chapel for all ages is each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Confirmation classes for students in 6th grade and up are offered as part of a two-year program that includes Old Testament, New Testament, Lutheran History and Catechism, and Lutheran Living. MLC Youth ROCKS is a fun and interactive group for middle and high school students.
